Tenant Selection Criteria
Each applicant must qualify individually for the following:

Income:
Please include any sources of income you may have. Sources of income may include paystubs from your and/or your co-applicant’s employer, child support. For self employed individuals a bank statement will be required to show proof of income. Income must equal 3 times the rental amount in order to qualify for a property.

Credit:
Credit is just one of the factors that make up a decision in our application process. We require applicants have a credit score of 650 or above. Don’t assume that bad credit alone will cause your application to be rejected any more than good credit alone will guarantee its acceptance.
Pets:
Please check the property description for each property to see which pets, if any, are allowed in that property. Some properties have size and breed restrictions, some allow cats but not dogs or vice versa. Call us with any questions.
Prior Rental Experience:
We will be contacting your current landlord or as many previous landlords as necessary to determine your past rental history. Please assist us in doing this by providing as much information as possible with your application.
Number of Residents:
Our company policy is max two people per bedroom.

Lease Terms:
We require a minimum of 1 yr lease.
Accepted Applications:
Applications are processed in the order they are received. We will reach out to the applicant who will qualify the application.
For an applicant to receive an approval and put a security deposit down you must:

Submit a completed, signed application with accurate information and attach ID, proof of income and a recent bank statement.

Make a non-refundable application payment of $35 for 1 person. If 2 people are applying, please create a join application, the fees remain the same.

Upon Based on satisfactory information supplied, applicant will receive a call from us stating they are approved.
